We’ve found that only simple products append the customizable options SKU when importing the invoice to our order management system [ShipStation].
Have you found a way to have a configurable product append the customizable options SKU?
Is there a setting/log/file to check that would require Magento to send the entire appended SKU when importing orders to ShipStation?
Example:
Configurable product SKU:
123
Customizable option SKU:
ABC
Magento Invoice currently shows this:
123-ABC
But, when imported into ShipStation, it imports only the configurable product SKU:
123
I need it to import the full 123-ABC
