After migration:

On old server working everything correct. Not possible run s:up, c:f etc.
What is difference beetwen both VPS:

old server (working) centos 7, Litespeed + mysql 5.7

new server CloudLinux, litespeed + mariadb 10.4
I try edit Sarialize/Serialized/Json.php and ALTER flag table. Not working for me.
Any other solution ? Magento 2.4.2.
