I can’t figure this one out. I’m using the BSS Advanced Inventory module to manage multiple stock sources.
The problem is, we have a product with a Quantity below 0. However, the Default stock (salable quantity) is still showing a positive number, e.g.
Stock Qty: -1009
Saleable Qty (default stock): 143
How does this happen and does anyone know how to fix it please? Am I correct in thinking the only way to correct it would be to import a CSV stock file?
