Can i show separate product in cart if has custom options?

I have simple product with custom option in backend.

I have added 2 add to cart buttons in product page . one will add with custom options and one will add product without custom options.

If customer add product without custom option then it should show separate in cart Magento2.

If customer add product with custom option then it should show separate in cart Magento2.
