Magento Forgot Customer Password Link redirect to the Homepage

When I click on the Customer Forgot Password Link and after getting the link, link is correct customer/account/createPassword/?id=778&token=eh75Jjm6Mnj1bmGBdizkmUqntaxp4Yv3
when I click on the link it will redirect me to the Homepage.
