Add emojis in subject line of email template

What would be the right way to add emojis in the subject line of the email template on magento 2.4?

1. Tried to add directly the emoji’s code (ex: 🛒) in the subject but it returned ????? in email box

2. Tried this format =?UTF-8?Q?Test_=F0=9F=98=81?= but seems not working
