How to use Magento as Event Management

I want to develop a website for the event management company and below are the key features I want to cover:-

  1. Ability to create multiple Shows/Events.
  2. Each Show/Event should have its unique URL.
  3. Show/Event will be organized in different countries/regions.
  4. Each Show/Event will have customized or configurable content, layout, templates, menu, header/footer and forms. For example, each Show/Event can be visualized as totally different websites.
  5. Products can be different for each Show/Event with different prices.
  6. Promotional rules/Cart rules will be applied to particular Show.
  7. Each Show/Event should have abilty to create a Booth and order will create against Booth and Show. For example, single customer can have multiple Booths for a particular Show/Event and order will be placed against all the Booths.

Current target is 5000 Shows/Events per year. Let me know is Magento(Commerce Edition) is best suitable for this requirement and if yes, can anyone suggest or provide high level architecture.
