We are using the Magento 2.4.5 version, using the Braintree payment method and 3D secure enable
Once the customer enters their card details and clicks place order a 3d secure box from their bank usually appears on screen. After entering their code into the 3d secure/bank box the customer is then returned to the checkout screen for a FEW SECOUNDS before the order confirmation screen appears. That is wrong.
If payment is successful the order confirmation screen should appear right away because returning them to the checkout is confusing. They should only be returned to the checkout if payment fails and in that case, there should be a clear message and highlighting to tell them it failed and indicate what was wrong.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
