Magento 2: How to set “no” display out of stock on swatches programatically?

I’m having problems after upgrading from Magento 2.2 to 2.4.5.

When I click on text or visual swatches, swatch disable is not working when the product is out of stock. It works properly if I set no on Catalogue >> Inventory >> Stock Option >> Display Out of Stock Products >> “no” option.

When “Display Out of Stock Products” is set to “Yes,” disable swatches will not work. So I’d like to set no for Display Out of Stock Products programmatically and only for “Swatches.”

I disabled all third-party modules and set the Magento Luma theme.

Can you help with this?
