Multiple select attribute to choose which blocks should be loaded on frontend (product page)

I want to create multiple select attribute to choose which blocks should be loaded on frontend (product page). For example if i choose ‘red block’ and ‘green block’ in the admin panel (product edit section), these two blocks show up at product page at frontend.

I tried to do it like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phLHPFhDHOM but this plugin return just simple list, not differend blocks.
